AMOA (assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage) helps the client define what they want, choose who will build it and check that the result meets the need.

Deliverables

  • Scoping: measurable goals, audiences, scope, constraints.
  • Functional and technical specifications including accessibility, performance and visibility criteria.
  • Supplier or CMS shortlisting and comparison.
  • Project steering, trade-offs, budget and schedule tracking.
  • Acceptance testing before go-live, change management and training.

Requirements to include from 2026

  • Accessibility: EU Directive 2019/882 applies to in-scope services since 28 June 2025.
  • Eco-design (France's RGESN framework), GDPR, SEO migrations with 301 redirects, structured data and AI-crawler access.
